Could this be Covid?

I’ve felt exhausted for about a week and it’s a very strange symptom but my right eye has constantly been twitching like I’ve never known!! I’ve now got sneezing and cold like symptoms, nausea, fatigue and a cough.
just got up and turned on this morning to see they’re talking about Covid rising.
anyone got it at the moment with similar symptoms?

Why does it matter?

If you’re ill, rest and get better. Covid, a cold or whatever you want to call it, just do what’s needed.

I’ve had similar, could be covid but it doesn’t really matter what it is now

everyone in my house has it apart from me… although I have a suspicion I brought it home first as was poorly last week with cold symptoms. Only tested as my ds is having to call in sick from a new job and I wanted to him to have the test backup when he called! Full of cold, aches, chills, horrid sore throats and coughing in the tail end seems to be the symptoms here…

Mostly it doesn't, but if you are unlucky and get long covid, then knowing that covid, specifically, is what you had on such a such a date could be very useful.
