Vitamin D - my phantom smells have gone!!

Since I had covid last year I've had awful smell distortions and a phantom smell of smoke constantly, sounds like nothing but it made me so miserable. I started taking vitamin D this week, just the Holland and Barratt 1000 IU and today I woke up and it's just gone, it feels amazing!

Even though it's just smell it was so miserable, almost like having a weird filter stuck on my brain which I guess makes sense as one of your senses is technically 'down'.

Anyone else had positive effects on vitamin D? I'm aware it could be coincidence!

That's interesting. I've been conscious of a smoky smell for about the last 6 months. But I've been taking vitamin D and calcium daily for years for osteoporosis 🤷‍♀️

Yeah could just be coincidence but interested if anyone else has noticed anything. Hope your smoky smell goes way too!
