Is Covid about at the moment?

After feeling a bit crappy today with a cold, this evening I’ve suddenly got shivers, a fever, muscle aches and a serious upset stomach (both ends). Is Covid about at the moment? I’ve had it before and feel similar now. I know it could be anything but I was a bit worried about myself earlier!

Yes there's a lot of us with what you describe at the mo (see thread on physical health). And COVID, flu, RSV and Norovirus all typically circulating at this time of year with I believe a slight uptick in COVID and noro in the past few weeks.

Loads of viruses can make you feel like that, may well be covid, may be something else.
