Oh awful for you. How long exactly...who can say. Some people seem to get something for a day...some a week and some weeks in end! I hope it passes through quickly for you :)

Get husband home you can't go on like that!

How long have you been unwell for lovely? Have you had the covid vaccine during this pregnancy? Is there anyone who can help you out a bit with the kids whilst your husband is away? You can take paracetamol regularly for the sore throat. Hot water with lemon and honey can soothe a sore throat too. Wishing you a speedy recovery. Ive had covid three times but thankfully never whilst pregnant. Varied between 1 and 3 weeks how long I was ill for (first time was the worst, second time less and third time the least).

Check safe for pregnancy but I am using coriander seeds, pop in pan with 3 tbsp and 3 cups water. Summer for ten mins then add ten pence size ginger and simmer 3-4 mins. Strain and drink hot 3 x a day it is ayurvedic help.
