Had covid a month ago. Didn't realise until day3 when I tested my daughter.
Had fully expected it to be negative. By that night everyone in our house tested positive.
Felt like just a sore throat, dripping nose, blocked nose and chilly, thought got wet twice days beforehand. Fatigue as well and insomnia
Food tasted funny, nausea and indigestion chest pain.
After bring negative for a week the nausea went away slowly, but left with Fatigue still there especially if I feel OK, just pottering on at a reduced pace.
Try and crash out when I can. But trying to eat without getting indigestion pain is getting me down. How did anyone else cope with it.??
I'm very late perimenopausal, everyone else is back to normal.
