Chance of catching it

I’m really paranoid and don’t want to catch covid because every time I have, my hair has fallen out very badly.
I was in a meeting with someone today sitting quite close who has been off since Friday who says she thinks she has covid. What are the chances of me catching it if it is day 5 of her feeling ill?
