Can anyone enlighten me on the Government guidelines re: going to work with coronavirus when you work in a social care setting?
Thank you

Same as everyone else. Gov.uk says 'try' to avoid others for 5 days, 'try' to avoid vulnerable for 10 days. So unless your company has a specific policy, you choose.

Also no need to test so then you would go back when feel better..... could be 2 days could be 5 doubt it would be 10 days!

Thank you
I've been looking for our work policy. I'll have to call our manager

Our policy in our care home is if we are positive we are to stay off and test again on day 5. I work with dementia and elderly frail, that’s our policy and I work for bupa.
but we don’t get paid if we are off though at the moment.
