Very strange pains coming and going

I've been very sinusy since flying back from holiday over a week ago. Yesterday I started getting weird stabbing pains in wrists, upper left leg, ankles.
Head feels very full. No coughing though.
I think I'll test for covid.
Has anyone else had this?

With recent covid I had stabbing pains in my legs and, weirdly, my hips. Had to lie on my side to be comfortable. Very odd.

Thanks for replying. They've settled down a bit. Had it in my ankle too.
