I felt like crap yesterday, headache felt sick but put it down to the 2 glasses of wine I'd had the night before and wondered if it was a dodgy bottle. As the day progressed my throat became really sore, I started coughing and I felt feverish. Cat napped on and off during the afternoon up until about 2am this morning when I felt so rough. Took a test and came up straight away.

I've taken the usual, paracetamol had some ginger tea, ate a spoonful of local honey and a glug of elderberry syrup.

I don't feel sick anymore, my throat is still sore and I sound awful my headache is also less, so am I likely to just keep improving now? How rubbish did you feel?

What variant is this likely to be and long do I need to hide away for and enjoy tv, chocolate and some peace and quiet?

How’s everyone feeling? I’m on day 11 since testing positive, I would say I had a mild case like a heavy cold, worked from home and was back in the office this week but I still feel absolutely shattered and last night/ this morning feeling pretty ropey again body aches, feel coldy etc . So frustrating, do you think I’ve done too much to soon? I just want to feel better!

I'm negative today so 9 days after my first symptoms. I am tired I feel a bit sick still. I'm trying not to do too much as I know my body is still recovering.

Eat well @C1239 rest if you can and just do little bits for a while longer.
