Loss of taste and smell

Hi guys

for those who have Covid or have just recently had it and who lost their taste and smell, how many days was it completely gone for it’s day 5 here and I want it back lol

I lost my sense of taste and smell on day 5. It started to come back a week later and was fully back within 2 weeks after that . I did stress that it would be gone forever but fortunately that wasn't the case ! Google smell training ( try abscent website ), I did it every day and it might have helped ( or maybe I would have recovered without it , no way of knowing !)

I lost it on day 4 I think and I'm on day 9 now. I found it so distressing tbh. It's just starting to return but still very dulled. I did smell training too.

Ok thanks, mine went day 2! Day 6 today and still nothing 😔
