Phased not paved!
if you could wfh and had mild Covid how did you go back? Any tips? I know some people have pressure to work financially and from employer so might be forced back before ready. If you were lucky to be to phase how?

My first time Covid, I’m just day 5 and have bad cough and tired but not other symptoms at the moment.

I can wfh, just desk job, but I think it’s a double edged sword. Pre Covid I was ft in the office and wouldn’t have worked to not infect and the physical commute would have been harder. I’m not an essential worker, my work is not “important”.

I know if I can to take it slow, but what does that look like? In theory I can work if I can speak for about 30 minutes and am not too tired.
I have a good employer but im pressuring myself to feel I should wfh quite soon.

It all depends how Covid has hit you. It’s such a changeable beast. I (and most people I know who had it around the same time) kept having dips when you feel better, try and do something and crash again.
Don’t rush it if you aren’t well enough.

I’m not sure I really understand the question. Surely you just go back to work when you’re well enough, same as any other illness? So if just a bit tired and a cough then you’re probably well enough to work, but if you have other symptoms and are feeling too bad to work then take time off until you’re better.

Maybe I’m just overthinking things
