For anyone living in Scotland the schedule for winter vaccinations opens on 8th of August , so maybe worth checking in on app to book if you are entitled, also includes I think over 50's flu jags .

@Tiqtaq I think cost has gone down to around £7ish since this was published but can't remember where I saw that. It's all a bit weird.

I wasn’t able to attend large events due to my dirty unvaccinated status in Scotland. That was nearly extended to pubs and restaurants

my niece had to have it to live normally as a student

what is really, really odd though is that I have only had covid once. Multiple, multiple close contacts with it at work and kids etc but I never have tested positive again - and every time I have had a sore throat, I test as my mother is vulnerable. I would love a study done on the unvaccinated response to future variants. That would be science, like, wouldn’t it?
