Unbearably achy legs/back - Covid symptoms?

I was in contact with someone who had tested positive for covid on Monday.

On Wednesday night I couldn’t sleep because I had such bad aches and a sore throat, continuing into Thursday and today. It doesn’t feel like normal cold symptoms - could this be early covid symptoms? I am still testing negative on lateral flows but suppose it’s early days!

I am paranoid because my parents are supposed to be staying with me for Easter and my mum is immunosuppressed 😰

Yes, I think so. Feeling of restless achey legs and lower back pain. That was me Wednesday night, tested positive yesterday, feel a lot better today.

I had terrible leg and lower backache prior to testing positive . It took 4 days to show on a test after being in contact with someone who had covid and even then it was very faint.

I’ve never had aches like this, so horrible!

I took difene and it really helped..... Paracetamol too. Must take some more.

I had an awful night last sat with leg and back pain, tested postive Sunday night

My daughter had terrible leg and headaches when she had covid. This was her first symptom. She did test positive straight away but only when i swabbed her throat. Nose only took a couple of days to show up. I now always do a throat swab even with the tests that are meant to be nose only.

Yes sorry OP. I tested positive 4 weeks ago after a miserable night unable to sleep, aching joints and just generally feeling rubbish.
Im still having knee and back pain now, but it is getting a little better.

Is it the nose only lateral flows? I was negative on one last night after being positive on the normal lateral flows earlier in the day (albeit quite faint).
