Hey everyone! It’s been a couple of weeks since I tested positive. Mostly doing ok but I still have a tight chest / shortness of breath after walking outside and I’m anxious about long Covid.

I can keep up with a good pace of waking, just when I stop my throat feels like it’s tight and I struggle to take a proper deep breath. Not a nice feeling 😭

It would be good to hear from anyone who had a similar experience and how they helped themselves to recover!

Thank you so much :)

Hey, I’m day 9 and have an annoying lump feeling in my throat which is very uncomfortable! ! I’m hoping it will disappear soon….I have been reading that the lump in throat, dry mouth, shortness of breath can carry on for a few weeks. When my kids and husband had it, they all had fevers but the illness was over in 4 days or so. I didn’t have any fever and my symptoms seem to be lingering.
