Hello everyone, I’m current day 3/4 of Covid. This is my second round this year.

I don’t feel too bad but I’ve developed a tight chest almost like I’ve swallowed cotton wool and a very dry cough. I didn’t have this the last time and don’t see much mention from anyone about this type of symptom anymore so I was wondering if anyone else had this and recovered fine?

it feels really weird and I am freaking out that I’ll get long Covid because it feels like it’s got to my lungs this time :(

I have it just now. I caught it last Thursday. The first symptoms I had was tight chest... It then turned into a ... sorry... productive cough and the tightness has gone.

Every day seems to be a different phase. I've had the chest tight day. The splitting headache and fever day. The sneezing and runny nose day. And the loss of taste and smell day (today)... which I am really upset about just before Xmas.

I’ve got the same but tested negative for covid on a LFT. Apparently flu is doing the rounds. I haven’t felt this crap in years to be honest.

I have the same. A cough for 2 weeks now. It’s got worse in the sense it’s just dry now.
I used dry cough syrup last night and it worked amazing.

I haven’t had a positive test but it must be covid. Son first then hubby tested (although he had 0 symptoms). Both kids still lingering with it. I haven’t been anywhere else and we still don’t do inside or mask ffp3 inside. I think I maybe didn’t test positive because I used nasal spray with seaweed and zinc lozenges so the virus wasn’t able to reproduce where the swabs go.
Also hubby tested positive day 1-4 negative 5-8 and then positive 9-11. So I really wouldn’t rely on LFT to say you’re ok to visit vulnerable people. (We just had a massive box of 25 tests so could afford to be a bit ott.)
