Plantar facilitis Flare up (Covid)

Since ive had my jabs over the last 18 months or so I have had a flare up of Plantar Facilitis. AIBU to think it might be a side effect of the Vaccine.

I don’t think it’s a likely connection. PF can happen for all sorts of reasons. Have you changed shoes recently? Or changed your activity habits?
id also recommend exercising but low impact - cycling, swimming and yoga are all excellent options with PF.
