Chest pain-can you relate?

I'm on day 11 (12 days since positive result) and have had some mild chest pain on and off throughout along with lots of aches and pains generally. I had a video call with the GP yesterday who wasn't concerned. Today it's worse and bothering me. I already take high strength painkillers for a chronic condition. I'm finding it hard to describe the pain but sort of twingey twitchy pressure and my chest feels uncomfortable anyway. I have bad asthma so my chest feeling rubbish isn't a surprise there and I've been on steroids and antibiotics for over a week.
Does this sound familiar to anyone?
Oxygen and pulse are fine.
