Chest infection

Hi all, I’m just wondering if anyone has had a chest infection with covid? My phlegm is a really icky colour green/ brown and I have a chest cough I have have never had one before so not sure if it’s just a symptom of the virus!Thanks

No idea about covid but sounds like you need antibiotics

I have just had this with. Covid. I was speaking to my GP about something else, mentioned I had Covid and a productive cough, he gave me a course of antibiotics.
