Covid recovery certificate for travel

This question may seem like it has an obvious answer but I cant find it online and although I have emailed a few providers I have not had a response

I have to PCR on arrival at my holiday destination - I am fully vaccinated but have just tested positive for covid 34 days before we travel

The only way around the PCR test is a covid recovery certificate - “Present a valid medical certificate issued by the relevant authorities that the passenger has recovered from COVID‑19 within 1 month from the date of recovery to the date of arrival”

So my daft question is - what is classed as the date of recovery on these certificates? Is it the date of first positive test, first negative test or 10 days after first positive test?

Obviously if its from day of first test I am stuffed 🙄
