UTI Symptoms with Covid?

Anyone had this? I’m a few days in with full on flu-like symptoms. Started on strong antibiotics for a bad ENT infection just days before I got a positive for covid. Now I’m experiencing pain down below and around bladder, lower back and urine looks chalky or milky? Sorry TMI!

Me! Except for the milky urine. I've not checked my urine but my bladder is definitely irritated. My lower back is aching a lot and I have prickly pains in my urethra and low abdo pains. A hot water bottle is helping most of all. I already take opioids for endometriosis so I'm on a good whack of painkillers. If it doesn't settle I'll get a sample off to the drs-could you get a sample to your GP? The usual drink plenty blah blah. Hope you feel better soon
