Ongoing stomach pain / indegestion post covid?

Anyone had this? I had a very mild dose of covid, which started 10 days ago. I felt fine after a couple of days TBH, just a little tired. But the gastro symptoms, which were probably the worst, have persisted. I'm still having stomach pains most of the time, with heartburn / indigestion and fairly explosive poos. I don't think it's anything else, though I guess it might be.

From what I've read it's a possible but rare post-covid thing. This is the third time I've had Covid, mildest illness but the gastro symptoms are the worst they have been.

I've been having weird gastro issues for the last 3 weeks and have been wondering if it could be covid. Quite far fetched for me if it is though as I am not aware that I have had Covid specifically. Though I have had various colds in the last couple of months so it's possible in theory. I'm getting mild pain and sort of chronic indigestion/reflux symptoms. It feels like the day after recovering from a stomach bug when the digestive system feels quite delicate.

I hope you feel better soon. I think if you had bad gastro symptoms with covid, it's probably from that. I hope it passes quickly for you.

My son has gastro issues like you describe @Chocchops72 since Feb this year. GP says it’s long covid. It’s really horrible. Trying dairy free is helping a little…

I had Covid 10 days ago and I still have stomach issues, like nausea nonstop, similar to several morning sickness .
I feel like someone punched my stomach, tight pain.
Also I have no appetite, lost half stone already .

I have covid now and the non stop nausea is the worst. Can't talk without retching, or cough or move very fast. It is very grim.

I'm on the first day of Covid and have horrible heartburn. I didn't have it the last time. I've only had done weetabix so it can't be what I've eaten.

Yep, I have digestive issues that are lingering, the runs and grumbly sort of upset stomach on and off.

I had Covid 3 weeeks ago and my stomach hurts, feeling randomly sick all the time. Have no appetite and I can’t ever finish my usual food, feeling sick and full after few spoons.

I had Covid in June and since then have had quite severe gastro/IBS type issues. I have been taking probiotics and medication for bloating and hope it will eventually go away.
