Pain in body 2 weeks after covid

2 weeks ago I started with symptoms and had two positive tests.

I had fever and body aches and pains. I went on to lose my taste and smell and I thinks its coming back now.
I developed a mild cough on day 3 but it cleared quickly.

All in all it was reasonably quick in duration. I was tired last week and I don't know if that is still continuing.

Today I was going about my day and I was stopped dead in my tracks with pain in my knee. I can usually tolerate pain reasonably OK. This pain was on a level 6 or from a 1 to 10 with 10 being severe. It felt like my knee cracked.

I wasn't doing anything strong exercise or jobs. I was walking on a flat floor. Then I was hit with pain. Tonight I have pain visiting various sites of my body on and off - right knee, left elbow, left side of belly, lower leg, - so it's all just on and off pains. The knee was the most sore today though. It felt like I cracked my knee. The knee was OK for most of the day but there was pain on and off.

Is this common after covid or is this something different?

I read before that Covid aggravates inflammation in the body and now I am worried maybe I have arthritis because that runs in the family and maybe I was predisposed to getting it and covid just sped the process along. I don't know.

I had burning sensation in toe and finger joints in the evenings for months afterwards. It eventually just faded and disappeared.
