Monitoring co2 levels?

Is anyone monitoring them at all? I am generally around 95% with the occasional drop to 93/94%

Do you mean oxygen levels? I think my apple watch does check but I don't actually look at the results. Why are you tracking yours?

Constantly checking would cause more anxiety than it is worth.
