I am on holiday and sick with covid

Hi all, I am on a week's holiday in Italy. I tested positive for covid two days ago - Monday. i am due to fly home on Saturday. What's the deal? If I am better and symptom free, can I fly home on Saturday? Suppose I am still testing positive on Saturday - can I fly home if I am symptom free?

Can you wear a mask on the flight?
Don't think you need a negative test to fly

We flew home from Italy on Saturday and there were no restrictions. I have covid now though so suspect I caught it on the flight.
