Loss of taste and smell - how long

Tested positive last Monday, was feeling better but literally in the past her my taste has all but gone, can still distinguish between, salt, sweet, spicy but absolutely no sense of smell.

How long can I except this to go on for. I'm guessing the NHS advice seems to be 'might come back might not you're on your own🤷‍♀️'

I am also suffering from this and its very disconcerting as my sense of smell is usually very good. Hoping it doesn't last too long. I tested positive on Wednesday I think

Hi ladies did your taste came back? If so how long it took?

Mine went for exactly 24 hours then suddenly returned. It was the weirdest thing!
