I was a bit confused, if I’m still feeling some symptoms like coughing and weakness do I ignore the negative test result? It’s really confusing me as I was positive on Thursday,Friday and Saturday. Of course I’m happy I’m negative but I’m just getting confused

The tests are not 100% reliable.

If you still feel unwell then give your body some more rest to recover. If you feel good, then obviously you can be more active. Surely you don't need a test to tell you this Wink

Perhaps wear a mask around them? Just in case.

Guidance is to still isolate for 5 days after first testing positive, if you can, especially if you are around anyone vulnerable.
