Still ok to go out and about?

Looking back i think the symptoms started on Monday, but i assumed it was simply a cold until I had a faint positive test Tuesday and then a massively positive one on Wednesday. Have felt like i have a sinus infection since then really, very blocked up, mild fever at night, and achy. Definitely improving today, and should be out of isolation tomorrow. Very faint positive just now.

I'm not going to snog anyone, thinking nice walk in the woods with kids and then I'll have the school run Monday.

There's no guidance anymore is there?

I tested positive on Wed, but think I would have tested positive on Tues, possibly Mon too due to strange symptoms. I’ve been trying to do the right thing, same as you, but I think what you’re planning sounds ok. There is guidance but you don’t have to follow it (it’s good that you are). You’re supposed to stay away from others for 5 days and stay away from vulnerable people for 10 days. Something like that anyway!
