I feel like I can't breathe. I obviously can breathe, I'm not gasping for air, my breathing sounds the same as usual, but it feels like not enough air is getting through, like all the passages have shrunk, iyswim.

I feel much better than I did on days 2-5 when pretty much all I did was sleep and I had awful pain in my head and legs, but feeling you can't breathe properly is worrying.

I don't feel "well" still very tired, if I get up to make a cuppa, I'm glad to sit down again, but at least I am getting up now!

Is this the normal progression?

I'm at a similar stage and feel exactly the same as you describe. I guess it's proof why we should rest with covid not carry on as normal. Even when the other symptoms are subsiding things are obviously not right inside yet. My HR went up to 130 just changing my bed too. It is very frustrating.

Day 6 here too and still feeling exhausted.
Need a nap in the afternoon but never feel rested afterwards. Stuffy sinuses and so doing steam inhalations but not making much difference

Day 5 and so tired just from walking up stairs or sorting laundry. I had to work, thankfully from home since Tuesday and really wish I had been able to just sleep. At least the sore throat and burning feeling when I breathe in seems to be in retreat. My ears are so sore though, lymph glands are so swollen it's making my jaw ache. 😫
