I think you can pay for a private home PCR - try boots/ Lloyds pharmacy. You can order online.

If you are not using for travel, why do you require one?

A LFT should suffice for employment reasons/ medical records.

You have to pay privately and the cost will depend on which provider you choose

I paid £35 for one when DS got covid in case we had to cancel a holiday as the insurance company would only accept PCR. I used Source Bioscience. Very efficient postal service.
