How long does it take for covid vaccine exemption to come through?

I'm about to apply for this, does anyone know how long the whole process takes from the phonecall? And what sort of questions you are asked? Thanks :)

In Scotland, never. They have an email address you send your documentation through to, they then tell you they have high work volumes and then you hear nothing back for six months. I think it's just a pretend department.
