How long did your kids take to test negative?

Ds (8) tested positive yesterday. His sibling (5) had it a week ago.

I’ve actually run out of covid tests now! I need to get some more. We have plans one week today, so it’d be day 9 for DS. We wouldn’t do said plans unless he was testing negative.

I know no one can give me the answer 🤪 but how long on average did your kids take to test negative?

We all had it at the end of March.
My daughter took 14 days to get a negative, and my son was 11 I think.

Oh gosh that’s a long time!

DS day 8, DD was still strongly positive on day 9 but didn't test again as she hates them and even under the rules at the time it made no difference after that.
