What happens when a child turns 12 (covid vaccination-related)?

I am considering getting my under-12 child vaccinated against covid later this year (currently not eligible due to a recent positive covid test). I'm not looking for a debate/discussion about the merits (or otherwise) of vaccinating under 12s, but I was wondering what happens when they turn 12? As the under-12s are given a lower dose than 12+ are they then offered a revaccination at full dose when they are 12, or will 2 doses of the lower strength vaccination suffice until such a time when they may (possibly) be offered a booster? Can't find anything on google.
