Covid reactivated EBV Glandular Fever

Has anyone here had Covid followed by a reactivation of the hidious EBV?

I felt like I had it in the 3 months running up to having covid - sore that's, nausea, inflamed tonsils, fatigue. Ironically I felt much stronger while I had covid..
