Novavax vaccine trial

Does anyone know what happened to the Novavax? There were threads on here from people who were in the trial from ages ago, saying it was going to be approved imminently. I've done a search on here (no advanced search) but can't find anything about it.

It was approved back in February. I'm not sure the JVCI have recommended its use yet.

MrsHamlet, it just seemed to give no information whatsoever when I looked at it, like it was trying to shut down any questions about . I've just opened the link again and it reads a bit differently than I remember, maybe I was overtired the first time I looked at it? It does seem strange that the Novavax is taking so long to come on the market though.

It's got conditional marketing authorisation from the MHRA now. We had a letter about it from
the trial a few weeks ago

Did anyone else think they were immune then recently got it? I tested positive last Wednesday and only just starting to feel better. The kids also got it for the second time too (barely I'll) I thought with the 5 jabs I would not even know I had it bit my chest and sinuses haven't been great.

As pp said it was approved a while ago and is being widely in many countries including, I think, Germany and Australia. Shame we have heard nothing about it being used here.

so I had five in total, 2 Novavax, 2 Moderna and a Pfizer booster. Just “recovered” from covid but I have had no symptoms at all.
