Has anyone had Diarrhoea with covid and if so how long did it last?

Title says it all really.

I tested positive for covid 8 days ago and had the usual high temperature body aches and headache but on day 4 I started having quite severe very watery diarrhoea up to 12 times a day and I'm still having diarrhoea now albeit not as severe but the stomach cramps and urgency is still bad is this normal with covid? Just looking for others who may have experienced this and give me some light at the end of the tunnel!

I should add I tested negative on day 5 and 6

I had this for a couple of weeks. It stayed after all the other symptoms disappeared. But it did finally go!

about a week, like PP it continued after testing -ve.

I had it for 5 days and it was awful, and painful. Hope you're better soon!

thanks for the replies this is truly awful couldn’t get of the loo this morning as soon as I got off I was back on again!

hopefully it doesn’t last too much longer I have work tomorrow and I’m absolutely dreading it!
