I currently have COVID.

I also have very sore knees and elbows... Has anyone else had these symptoms?

Any advice on how to soothe them?

Yes they are related. My whole body was sore at one point. I took pain killers, didn't help much but its all you could really do. Just rest as much as you can.

Yep - even my fingers and toes ached.

Yup, my elbow pain lasted for weeks although knees was only a few days. I broke my elbow a few years ago and often have pain in it during the winter, this was a similar kind of pain but in both arms.

I've had a horrible aching pain which started in my hips, then went into my thighs for 2 days, its not at the back of my knees and into my calves, sometimes creeps back into my thighs. So weird! I'm day 7 today. I've found a soak in the bath and hot water bottles helpful.

My back and knees hurt, like a really deep ache that nothing really helps to stop it.
