Struggling to talk properly but not breathless

Tested positive on Friday. Finding that I'm struggling to talk properly... Not breathless and don't have a sore throat but struggling to get words out at normal volume/length. Anyone else had this and know what I mean? I'm a teacher so should be fun if it's still like this in a few days 🙈

If you are still struggling when it's time to return to work have a look at lax vox exercises. I'll find a link for you. I had post viral muscle tension dysphonia last year and they really helped.

Gargling is also really good at relaxing the throat, also lots of yawning and have a look at laryngeal massage and diaphragm breathing, you need to breath to support your vocals.

You can do it with any straw if you can't find a wide one.
