Covid positive and I feel fine.
Been Blowing my nose to ease congestion.
Did a big sniff upwards and felt a ball of snot in the back of my throat so spat it out and it had bits of red in it. Freaking out.
DH said it's fine as you get that from blowing your nose etc.
Should I be worried?

That happens to me even with a normal cold.

Nothing to worry about as it’s come from your nose. Your DH is right

Your DH is right. There’s lots of tiny little blood vessels in your nose and they’re quite fragile. Blowing your nose, all the snot and inflammation is an irritant and it’s really common to find that blood in the resulting mucous.

100% not anything to worry about.
