Experience of wearing FFP3 mask on long flight?

Doing a 4/5 hour flight next week and planning to wear one while at the airport and throughout the flight, so 6/7 hours.
I appreciate that hospital staff often have to work in them all day but I'm not used to it. I'll have a few in case I need to change them.
How have others managed? I won't be removing it to eat but will need to drink.
I don't particularly want to be told I don't have to wear one, I know that, it's my choice. Or that they are useless/ grubby etc.

Re the dual defence spray - is this what people mean? I'm not sure?

If so, do test it out before you go as I find it makes my nose irritated and I sneeze a lot, so you wouldn't want to have just used it and then plan to put on a mask straight after. But that might just be me as I'm quite reactive / allergies.

Also, I used it when DS had Covid but still tested positive- but think I may already have been fully infected by the time I realised he had it and so I started using it.

So it was fine, I will happily do it again. In fact I think I will always wear one in future to fly.
This Mask was the most comfortable. Made in Ireland and they stick out so not touching your mouth, also headband rather than ear hooks. Wore for about 7+ hours including airport at both ends. Changed once and lifted it briefly to eat and drink.
Very few wearing masks at UK airport and only a handful on flight.

I had to wear an FFP2 mask for a shorthaul flight last weekend. I actually found it better than the surgical masks we have to wear all day for work - cooler and also easier to breathe (I had covid in February and sometimes find myself breathless if wearing a mask).
