How long is incubation period at the moment?

I have 5 days in my head but that's from a couple of variants ago.

Just wondering what people's experience is recently from time of exposure to symptoms/positive test.

4 days tickly throat felt slightly tired negative test until 4 days then felt really ill just after the test

2 days from dd getting it to me getting symptoms but didn’t show up on a test until 4 days. I think I read that it’s 2-5 days.

If DS got it where I think he did 3 days, DH was then 2-3 days after that and me a day after him. Obviously DS could've been infectious before symptoms though.

Thanks, it does seem to be happening quite quickly then. I'm in that post exposure period and desperately hoping to stay clear for Easter weekend.
