When do you stop isolating from your family?

I've been in my room as feeling really ill but not exactly isolating. I've gone downstairs and mixed. Only thing is husband has slept in sitting room. I'm the only one of five to have it so far.

I got it on holiday isolated in a spare room didn’t pass it on none of Dh or kids caught it.
