I am on day 9 and feeling much better however I am still testing positive with a faint line. My daughter is resting negative. I desperately need to go to the shop to get supplies and electricity meter top up. Do you think it would be ok to go to the shop I would be masked up and I’m not coughing anymore. PIc attached for for reference

You’ll be fine - go to the shop at the quietest time, pop a surgical mask on with a scarf wrapped around on top and try to use self checkout where possible. Keep your distance.

You’re not off to the pub. You really really need these things. You need to care for your child.

Your approach is super courteous and most people I doubt would think twice about getting essential supplies at the end of a covid month infection.

Take care and make sure you buy your lovely girl (and yourself!) a little treat!

Yes but you need to go anyway. Its an essential. Mask up and try to remember the social distancing.

I would definitely go. Even if you are still infectious then you'll only be very slightly infectious now. If you wear a mask too and practice good hygiene, the chances of you infecting others who care enough about being infected to also wear a mask are practically zero.
