Hi, I'm still feeling awful 7/8 weeks after covid. What can I do? Is this normal? I'm aching all over, so tired, headachy, the nausea is unbelievably persistent. Dr says they only look into long covid after 12 weeks. Any one else in the same boat?

Weirdly I am getting evening nausea. I had Covid early February. The nausea feeling is every night from tea time onwards. The doctor has given my Cyclizine which is really helping. I just take one a day at about tea time and it keeps it at bay. I know it will eventually pass but it's a nuisance in the meantime! Hope you start to improve soon

Sounds a bit like my DH.
He was very ill for a month, got better for a week and now coughing again, headache and cold symptoms.
