Covid specialist travel insurance

Is anyone still purchasing covid specific insurance? We used Staysure for our holiday last month as we booked when things were pretty bad. But we've booked for next March and I'm wondering if i should get the same cover again.

Don't most travel insurers include covid now?
I wouldn't risk not being covered for all eventualities - surely that's why you insure?
