Pregnant with covid - room always spinning

I'm in third trimester and tested positive yesterday. On top of typical covid symptoms I've had constant lightheadedness and feels like the room is always spinning. Never had anything like this before - has anyone else had this? I'm keeping hydrated and my oximeter reading that my GP gave me to use is normal.

Sounds like vertigo/labrynthitis. I had it (not related to Covid) and couldn't sit up without vomiting. I was crawling on hands and knees to the bathroom. Had it for about 4 days I think, maybe longer. GP gave me an anti-emetic which helped a bit.

How's your heart rate, blood pressure and breathing rate? I got very lightheaded when I had covid, but it was down to blood pressure shooting/ having a high resting heart rate and rapid shallow breathing (oximetre reading was normal but was taking too many breaths per minute).

I had this ( not Covid related) and the Gp prescribed something that helped, though not sure if you'd be able to take them when pregnant.
I did also get vertigo with Covid but it wasn't as bad.
