Symptoms but not testing positive / no other cause obvious

This might sound over kill, but both hubby and I not been feeling well , mainly just fatigue , I've had aches and sore eyes too. Negative LFT's/ Automatic thought is it's covid . Hearing a lot of folk being very fatigued and no cold symptoms but have tested positive. Just wondered if anyone else similar? Kc

I didn't test positive until day 3, DH had it before me so I was sure it was Covid

I was day 2 of symptoms before I tested as just had a tickly throat and thought nothing of it. Test line was darker then the control line
