Vaccination not showing on my medical records

Hi everyone,

I got my first dose in June 2021 and have had 2nd and booster. Never had to show proof of this anywhere but just now I was looking on my NHS app and there is nothing about me ever having had any Covid vaccines. I also went on my Patient Access medical records and it's not on there either. My vaccine card is long gone. Will there be any proof anywhere that I'm vaccinated? I'm guessing a mistake on the computer maybe so do I just need to call somebody and they will change it? Has anyone else had this??? I don't fancy having all the vaccines again!

If you phone 119 they should be able to help

I had this too with my booster @mozziah

Just call 119 and they should be able to sort it out for you. I just needed to confirm vaccine centre/date/vaccine type and they manually added it.

They told me it could take 5 days but it appeared with 24 hours.

If you go back to where you had it they should be able to sort it out as even if it hasn't been saved correctly it will be on their local system. It's a bit odd that none of them are showing up though. No other centre can sort it out, so go to where you had your first one first, take a note of the date when you had it. 119 may also be able to help, but the easiest thing by far it to go back to the vaccination centre (or call if there is a number).

(also didn't have vaccine card but could find details in my emails, they said it didn't matter that I didn't know batch number)
