Morning, I am really hoping someone here has also suffered this side affect?

Small spots started to appear on my forehead last Monday, I then tested positive the next day. Since then my face and neck are covered in tiny pimples which have got worse each day. They don't itch but are a bit red and sore some are white heads 🤢 I have spoken to the doctor who said it looked like acne. I am in my 30s and never suffered with acne so must be covid related. They have prescribed me an antibiotic cream so hoping this will help.

Just want to see if I am not alone and also any methods to help calm it down / get rid of it? Doesn't seem to be a common side effect.

Any suggestions would be really appropriated x

My face has flared up with red patches and some raise areas. It doesn’t hurt but my face has done this in past when unwell so suspect it’s part of my body response to infection.

Have you tried taking piriton to see if that helps?

Thank you, I think it's a reaction to the virus aswell. As if I don't feel rubbish enough now I look it too!

I will ask my friend to grab some when she gets my prescription for me. Thanks for your reply x
