I have the proper jake shakes over here.

I’m about a week and a half post positive test, trying to eat properly, get fresh air etc, but I feel awful 😞

That was me the other night, two days before I tested positive.

DH and I tested positive last week, we both had bad shaky hands, particularly doing anything in the kitchen. DH is out of isolation, I have another day to go, but feeling so much better. I actually ate a whole meal last night, but still taking it easy. We are walking each day to get stronger. We are still coughing and I slept for 10 hours last night. Just got to get it out of system.

I'm on day 8 of my fifth run in with covid and I've had shakes all the way through. I still feel absolutely horrendous - thought I was turning a corner yesterday, even had a glass of wine last night! But today it's back to being a shakey, spaced out/lightheaded snot machine. With a migraine.

Yes, I've got shakey hands and legs! It feels like nerve damage TBH, I seem to have less feeling in my hands and feet.

It's been going on for months unfortunately, definitely getting better though, just taking a while.
