If you have an autoimmune condition how was/is covid for you?

I have rheumatoid arthritis and inject Methotrexate weekly. I'm on day four of covid although I had symptoms for a good week before I finally tested positive. Quadruple vaccinated but I only had my fourth vaccination ten days ago so not sure if it had time to kick in before I caught it.

If you're in a similar position how was/is your infection? I've had covid four times previously and I think this is probably my worst. I feel horrendous. Dizzy, tired, my hearing is gone in one ear, on and off digestive issues, sore throat, snot, headache... I also have major body and joint aches but I'm not sure if at least some of that is down to my RA. I've been advised not to take my methotrexate for a few weeks and that will be having an effect (I've already missed two doses).

I'm not usually one to wallow but I feel really sorry for myself!
